I believe that people are complex. My varied background and life experience helps me work with a variety of personalities and issues.

I love helping people get unstuck!

With over 25 years of experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a background in high-tech leadership, I offer a unique blend of analytical systems thinking and compassionate counseling. My approach is shaped by a multi-cultural upbringing across four countries and a deep commitment to neuro-affirming care.

I am a Trauma Informed Coach, Certified Gottman Therapist and an AAMFT Approved Supervisor with a Master’s in Applied Behavioral Science. My work is informed by my identity as AuDHD and Autigender, my multi-cultural background, my professional work experience, and my personal experience as an offspring, spouse, divorcee, and parent. My growing up years spanned four different countries. My work experience, prior to becoming a therapist, includes thirteen years in high-tech, five of which were in management in corporate America. In addition I have facilitated multiple workshops, adult education classes, volunteered as a coach with personal growth organizations, and have been a certified image consultant. I continue to educate myself both formally and informally.

I strive to co-create a safe, inclusive space with clients to explore complex personal and professional challenges. From trauma-informed coaching to corporate management, I draw on a lifetime of varied experience to help my clients move forward with clarity.
