With over 25 years of experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a background in high-tech leadership, I offer a unique blend of analytical systems thinking and compassionate counseling. My approach is shaped by a multi-cultural upbringing across four countries and a deep commitment to neuro-affirming care.
I am a Trauma Informed, Certified Gottman Therapist and an AAMFT Approved Supervisor with a Master’s in Applied Behavioral Science. My work is informed by my identity as AuDHD and Autigender, co-createing a safe, inclusive space with clients to explore complex personal and professional challenges. From trauma-informed coaching to corporate management, I draw on a lifetime of varied experience to help my clients move forward with clarity.
